 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. So the communication and courtesy of this shops is top notch! Their pricing however leaves a lot to be desired. On the repair estimate the cost of the part was 133% over what an OEM part from the dealer cost they also wanted 4 hours of labor (@$160/hr) to replace a part that took me literally 28 minutes in my garage with a 10mm socket. I could argue their pricing is disingenuous but I do not know for certain and did not feel it was worth knocking stars off solely for high prices. However, it is because of the inflated pricing I will not be using this shop again.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fantastic service, reasonable cost. I fully recommend Modino. I had taken my car (328 Xi - 2015) to another shop but they were much more expensive and seemed to identify repairs that didn't seem to be required (e.g. they said the transmission pan was leaking and I should do a full transmission inspection for $2.5K). Modino checked and couldn't find any leak and advised a much more reasonable course of action.
